Submit the form to receive your certificate. Your certificate will be sent directly to the email you provide on a quarterly basis.

The Spine Management and Orthopedics Summit is unlike any other medical conference. Here, you’ll engage in open discussions and case studies with providers across various specialties, including neurosurgery, physical therapy, sports medicine, chiropractic care, pain management, dietary, psychology, and more. There are no lectures, hierarchies, or egos—just true collaboration for the benefit of our patients.
