Join us at the 5th annual Summit for a unique collaborative experience, where surgeons, physical therapists, chiropractors, pain doctors, family medicine physicians, and other specialists come together to help patients regain their quality of life. This year’s conference, held at the picturesque Sundance Mountain Resort, focuses on “Many minds. Better outcomes.”
The Spine Management and Orthopedics Summit is unlike any other medical conference. Here, you’ll engage in open discussions and case studies with providers across various specialties, including neurosurgery, physical therapy, sports medicine, chiropractic care, pain management, nutrition, psychology, and more. AOA Credits
The Utah Osteopathic Medical Association is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. The Utah Osteopathic Medical Association designates this program for a maximum of 8 AOA Category 1-A credits. CME and specialty credits will be reported commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and the Utah Osteopathic Medical Association.
